Juliette Fowler Homes provides housing and medical care for elderly citizens.
 
DJF members plan, organize and host monthly bingo parties and an annual Christmas party at the Pearl Nordan Care Center.  They also provide cakes for residents of the Fowler Christian Apartments birthday parties.
